Our process began with in-depth research and feasibility analysis. We collaborated closely with stakeholders to capture core requirements and documented all insights in Confluence to ensure team-wide clarity.

Detailed wireframes and user journeys were designed for key modules. These were iteratively refined through internal discussions and client feedback, with all assets organized in Confluence for easy team access.

We structured tasks into epics and user stories within Jira. Backlog items were prioritized based on business impact, and sprint planning sessions were held to align developers, designers, and testers.

Working in focused 2-week sprints, our development team iterated rapidly, tracked progress on Jira, and participated in daily stand-ups to resolve blockers and ensure delivery velocity.
